resort discount & dining plan?

Does anyone know if there is a anyway to use a discount on a room and still be able to get the dining plan? I tried with the AP discount and could not, and I also received a email pin# discount, and could not with that either.

As far as I know you need to have a package booked to get the DDP (except DVC members who can get it when using their points). I have heard of AAA folks getting a discount on their package, but that is it. Maybe someone else knows some new info.

You can only get a discount on your room and purchase the meal plan if you book through AAA. You do have to buy your park tickets also.
