Resort Deals - What Time of Year?

My fiance and I live in Orlando literally 10 minutes from Disney up I-4. We are annual passholders and like to spend a weekend day or two each month at the parks, especially for the dining and other special events.

That said, we do sometimes like to do "special" trips on my school breaks (I am a middle school teacher) during which we stay in a hotel for a night or two. For example, he surprised me with a night at ASMu for Valentine's Day this year.

What time of year will I find the best resort deals? A lot of the time, we'd be staying on a Friday or Saturday night since I don't really take time off. However, I obviously have all summer off and we have some long breaks when we could stay during the year. Is there a particular season, month, or week when I can find the cheapest hotel deals at the on-site resorts?
