Resort Day at Wilderness Lodge

We are looking for any suggestions of things to do at the WL on our down day, besides hanging out at the pool? Thanks!

do the tour of the lodge, bikes, boats, walk over to FW - see the petting zoo, have lunch at Trail's end.

wonder around the resort both inside and outside and see all the little changes required to make it seem like Northwest instead of Florida.

Another suggestion: Take the boat over to the Comtemporary (or the MK entrance) then do a monorail tour of the monorail resorts. Have lunch at Kona Cafe.

Ask at the front desk for the "Hidden Mickey" challenge sheet. We saw many families doing this and looking for hidden mickeys this past trip. They all looked like they were having a ball seeing who would find them first.

. . . rent bike or surrey bike (for four)
. . . walk to Fort Wilderness
. . . relax in Iron Spike Room (see REAL train cars from Walt's back yard)
. . . take the WL tour in the morning
. . . take boat to Fort Wilderness at night for the free Campfire
