Resort credit

I rebooted my resort at a lower rate and was given a resort credit. We haven’t checked into that specific hotel but we’re on property so I tried to use it with my PIN at dinner and it didn’t work. Do I have to wait until after check in to use it?

You must be checked in the resort to use a credit.
