Resort check-in/online check-in

Does anyone know if you do online check-in or check-in when you arrive can you assign different credit cards to 2 people, separate accounts, I haven't been to Disney in about 3 years and can't remember if that's an option? Seems like we might of had trouble before doing this.

We have done the online check-in & when we arrived, one of us chose a different credit card. It was no big deal! Hopefully,it is still the same process

About 3 years ago, disney put in a new computer system that allowed multiple credit cards on one ressie. You are good to go!

Looked at checking myself and sisters family (separate room) in on line today at 60 days. The reservations are linked, I made them both on the phone. There is an option for me to check in on line but not for sis when I look at her reservation. Any suggestions?
