I switched for the 4th time to BWV with a helpful CM! The walk to Epcot and DHS, and my small pay raise that I just found out about, finally got me to call!![]()
Good for you!

Stay where you haven't stayed before. That's what I always recommend because that's what I do! The main 2 reasons I go to Disney are for the resorts and the food!
But I also like to stay somewhere that I know I'll like at the end of a split stay so I have my comfort factor.
Well take my family and I for example. Before August 2010 we had so many previous Club Level stays at the Contemporary, so when we decided to try staying Club Level at the Boardwalk Inn and their Deluxe Room we weren't sure how it would compare with the Contemporary. Well as you know from my August 2010 trip report we enjoyed it a lot more then we thought and we liked it so much to stay there our whole time in December 2010 and are only staying there in August 2011. Now I realize the difference is we previous stayed at the Contemporary before switching to the Boardwalk Inn, where as you want to stay somewhere brand new for your whole trip and what if it doesn't compare to the Wilderness Lodge? However we still tried something new and who knows what would have happened if we didn't.
Good advice.

Thanks for the inspiration. I think I should make the change from WL/CL to BC/Deluxe. I might actually prefer it and I won't know unless I try it.

. You summed-up pretty much why I'm reluctant to change to BC/Deluxe for the last 8 days of our split stay. It's not a known entity and for $600 more, I don't want to be more disappointed than I might be at WL with its smaller room and worse transportation. For $600 less, the WL/CL is a known entity so I already know what will disappoint me
. Wow, this thread is therapeutic
Congrats to Big brother as well. We'll have you back to changing soon enough

Princess Lily is BEAUTIFUL! Welcome back!
I will TOTALLY take lots of pics, no worries. Can't wait to hear about the Cabanas from your trip
