Resort Changers--The Saga Continues.....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have the feeling a certain September trip will be resort-a-changin' soon!!! BC-CL to BWI-CL? I'm thinking that's what I see in your future!!!

Ok, I think I did the most changes ever!! LOL
THe Feb trip is now the May trip, and now have all 5 nights at BCV for the girls and I!
Had to call almost every day, waitlist but got it!
So went from SSR, to AKV in 3 different room catergories, I think back to SSR, then BCV and VWL...I forget! lol

Wasn't that the trip that you had CSR booked for at one time? Or was it another trip?

Well..funny how things work out....

CSR CL turned out to be a no go with CSR...apparantely just for conventioneers now! (Look out THAT worked out for SIngingLizzie!!)
ANd now, I am using DVC pts for the FEB/Mar trip that is now the May trip, so YES, I did save money! LOL
DH "preferred" for us to go in May and use pts...I liked the other time better with DD's school schedule..
BUT THEN...lol
When we went to San Francisco to visit DH's family in Jan...the days I had planned to take them out of school....turned out to be SNOW DAYS...ha ha ha...so taking her out at the end of the school year for 2 days isnt horrible now!
Did you get all that?! lol

I am having such a hard time staying with reservation. The family is 100% behind our staying at the BC and I should be too, but I can't help checking out all the other options. My DH even offered to add more $$ to our vacation budget since I suggested that we were spending too much on our room.

I need to start focusing on my ADR's. That'll give me something else to focus on. Off the restaurant forums.....

My DB and DSIL came to me the other day and they want me to book them a trip at the same time that we agre going down in August. So now I get to plan a trip for my luxury loving bro and the best SIL ever and their 4 and 6 year old girls, complete with lots and lots of Princesses!

Boy am I having fun! Now if only she could get her mother to join them, then I could book a Grand Gathering!

ok ok.....you know!! Yes we are now at Boardwalk Inn Deluxe CL....room is a bit larger, but you get the BoardWalk View Guess I should change my ticker one last time....

Did you guys miss me???? I have a computer virus and my computer has officially crashed, so I am at the mercy of my Dh bringing his laptop home . I keep thinking I will get a new computer soon, but somehow I'm not as enthusiastic about buying a new one, verses all the time I spent planning my WDW trip! Anyhow, it is killing me not being able to get online and see what is new with all of you. Even now, I am on borrowed time. I promise to get back to my regular postings on the board as soon as I can!

Yeah, Im dragging my feet on this one. Now ask me to plan a trip and I'll put in all the time needed, but research new computers - takes too much time. But I'm gonna have to do it for the sake of being on the Dis boards !

LOL, hey DB'03! We're going to switch to WL and my dh is giving me all kinds of crap about switching again (and again, and again, LOL), so I told him I'd seen a resort changers thread before....so, I search to find the thread, and I find you here!!

Sooooooooo, how embarrassed should I be to call back and change my ressie for the 3rd time since the 4/3 came out?? Are they going to hate me and make notes to give me a yucky room??

AP rates came out..and I can save a bunch of pts if I dont stay at BCV my first 2 nights (Fri and Sat) DVC pts are always higher on weekends!

We hardly ever use points for weekends. Instead, we book at either the Swan or Dolphin since those hotels are in the same area. Once in a while, we book Coronado Springs when my daughter requests it. It costs almost as many pts for a weekend as for a whole week!
