! Hey Kaffinato, I thought I was the only one that did spreadsheets and complicated notes. I also do a running word file with various scenarious, comments and "stuff". Was cleaning out my file and was thinking to myself, now why did I spend time doing all of this ? Because I am Disney-Obscessed, and I can't even spell it

. I really want a 2 br at BCV or BWV but not happening yet so we're currently booked at BC (2 rooms). I have called CRO 5 times in the past 2 weeks to see if any other DVC rooms have opened up (SSR OR OKW are all that's available except for BWV Grand Villa). I am seriously flirting with CL if we can't secure a villa. DH and the rest of the fam don't care (so unbelievable isn't it?)" as long as we stay Deluxe." They don't even know about the time I spend looking at and considering CS (I like the refurb rooms) and POR (love the food court there, Piano Bob and the boat ride to DTD)
This is a sickness on my part, obviously.
My husband told me last night, "I don't care where we stay, I don't care how much it cost, just don't make me talk about it anymore."

!Wow, I figured out how to do this - you are a genius!Multi-quote is easy! See the little box with the " in it, right next to the box you click on to quote? For each post you want to multi-quote, just click on that box (it will turn orange - at least on my computer!), until you get to the last post you want to quote, then click "quote"; they should all show up on your screen! Insert your text in between each!

Last year DH and I were going to WDW alone for our 25th anniversary and over the course of 1 month we were booked: GF garden view, GF Sugar Loaf, GF RPC, BWI Garden suite, YC CL, BCV 1BR, YC Lagoon view, BWV 1 BR then ended up having to cancel the whole shebang! DH never knew about anything but the original GF reservation
This year we are are taking 2 kids and my parents and I got a 40% off code
It's not enough for me to obsess and talk about which resort is best all the time...I WANT EVERYONE AROUND ME TO JOIN IN TOO
Ok...this is the longest post I've ever done...I am a bigtime longtime lurker with occasional posts but this thread brought out the chattiness in me because I identify

Oops, I left you out of my first multi-quote, well I guess I need to practice. Wanted to say that I threw away at least 20 pages of "typed" notes, not to mention way more hand written notesTWO DAYS FOR YOU!
I'm excited for you! No you are not the only one who does that - I think most of here do! I ended up with 12 pages of notes for our trip last August and never even looked at them once while there!

My youngest will join in from time to time, and will look at resort photos, but not very often. They all say they'll go, but they don't want to hear about it any more! What's up with that! How can anyone NOT want to talk about Disney all day long! 
Today I got the 2009 DVD Planning video in the mail, plus the 2009 UG and 2009 Birnbaum Official Guide. I was excited (although I think I buy a copy of each every year pretty much) and my DH said, "Why do you keep buying the same books?" Doesn't he know there might be some new tidbit of info I haven't see yet regarding one of the resorts? How am I supposed to make an informed decision if I don't know every detail about every resort possibility? I mean, I might need to do laundry at CBR
or rent a Sea Raycer at the Wilderness Lodge 
or have a Lapu Lapu at the Poly
. I need the latest info to make the most informed decision (even if I change that decision tomorrow or next week or next month or all of the above)

No one in my family wants to share my Disney excitement either. I sometimes use bribery - I'll offer to take one of the kids out to dinner if they'll let me talk about Disney.
Although my husband doesn't want to talk about where we are staying, he did tell me that he didn't want to stay at WL. I think the family is leaning toward AKL. I'm down to 2 of the mods and several of the deluxes.
I also have pages of notes. I have the price for our trip and then I have the cost if I get a 40% off code so I'll be prepared if I get a pin...
I'll go out to dinner & even pay my own & we can talk Disney til we drop!!
