Nope. This was so dumb why did they not take care of 30 days at a time

Listening to music now on hold. Got a message between songs saying to wait for site update, and no changes can be made till system is launched. Although I can wait for some questions.

I've seen on some Facebook groups for Pop that the site launch didn't go properly and they can't modify anything right now. Just to "try later".

Why Disney thought opening park reservations for everyone who had a package with tickets today would go smoothly. Plus on top of that people calling to confirm their resort. Their system always crashes when something big happens. They should have done the park reservation system 60 days at a time and confirmed hotel reservations first! This is so frustrating.

I got through to a representative just now and was told they can't modify right now. I'm currently booked at Riverside and she told me I will be able to move to an open resort, but I WILL have to pay the difference.

They have been in business long enough to figure out a way to do this better.

Yes finally I am on hold for a cast member. it says 2 1/2 hour wait... but who knows.

At least they have some annoying music playing and not the guy coming on every 3-5 minutes saying all cast members are busy. It is funny because a recorded voice is not good on a phone on hold because it makes you think a cast member is on the line. lol I will take the dramatic opera music and Star Wars songs any day.

Anyone else get a random Disney gift card in email? I got one about 15 minutes ago and wonder if it's related to a resort stay? It's for $30. Someone on the other thread got one for $80

Edit: Once park reservations and then resorts are sorted out I'm going to see if I can transfer that balance to another card to see if it's legit.
