Resort Change by Disney

My disney experience doesn’t say anything about change, cancel or modify. In fact it still shows the free dining plan. My dates are July 7-14.

Mine only says change on my August reservation. July still says only cancel.

ROFL--mine had the "change" for maybe 15 minutes and now it's back to just saying "cancel." Getting whiplash.

My MDE doesn't have an option to change either (just cancel or make a payment), but my arrival isn't until sept. 7th (??)

My 7/10, 7/14 and 7/19 reservations only have the cancel option next to them.

Mine just switched back “cancel” too. Crazy!

Wish I took a screenshot before it switched back. I suspect someone "pulled the plug" on that too early and/or maybe misapplied it to the wrong dates/resorts so it got walked back.

Both my Pop and GF reservations show the change and cancel. No cancel link though. Both military rates.

Wilderness Lodge in August and FW Cabins for the second half of the trip.

But mine hasn't had cancel all morning, and with a military rate, we never can modify online, so I think it's always said "change"
My November one at ASMo (booked at rack rate at the moment not military since the CM couldn't apply when I moved my May reservation) has a cancel link or I can hit the check-in button.

I'm not seeing anything different anywhere on MDE website, even deleted cookies, lol

I just called to see what they would say. She told me it would probably be a week or two(!!!) before they got to my July 19 reservation and that my resort (FQ ) would be closed and so I would have to move to a DVC or a cabin. I specifically asked if this would be a free move and she said I'd have to pay the difference. I just feel like they have been dragging us along with no info for way too long. My husband has been pushing for us to just cancel and do Universal (which has the express pass at their nice resorts plus buy 2 days, get 4) and I guess I am at that point too!

Take it with a grain of salt as the front line CMs answers are all over the place.
