I just decided to switch from GDT, king bed, water view to CR, theme park view for my birthday in March (mainly because it's my 25th and will be a redo also from the trip this year that was cancelled due to COVID, ETA: AND because park hopping is back!!)
Anyway, I made the switch on MDE and received this error in my email confirmation:
Thank you for your order,
Your confirmation is currently pending due to system availability. You will soon receive an email to inform you of the status of your order, once it is processed. If you have any questions, please contact the Ticket Services at ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or by calling (407) 939-7679. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
I'm confused because 1. there was clearly availability which is how I was able to book the room and 2. this error is for buying tickets? Has anyone ever received such a message when booking a resort? The new reservation is reflected in MDE, so I'm not sure what this is all about.
