My online profile at DisneyWorld.com somehow has my son's birth date listed as mine. Not sure how it happened.
I really didn't care too much, but on my most recent trip, I had some trouble using online check-in because the web site thought I was only nine years old and thus wouldn't let me check in.
I found a way around the problem, but I'd still like to fix the birthdate so that I don't have any other problems in the future. However, I noticed that the site doesn't let you edit/change your birth date.
They'll let you change everything else - last name, phone, address, password, etc. But the birth date field seems locked. Maybe that's to prevent people from frequently changing (falsifying) their birthday in order to take advantage of birthday-related promotions?
Still, I need to change it for reals. Anyone know the best/easiest/quickest way to get this done? Do I just call?
