Resort baggage and renovation

Hello All ,
Staying at all stars , arriving at like 7 am can I drop my luggage off ?? As well as then going to shop at the outlets then when I come back if my room still isnt ready can I put my outlet bags in my luggage with whoever I am holding my luggage with? Also are all all star movies room renovated? Have a preferred room really want a refurbed room.

All Preferred rooms are either completed or closed because they're working on them. You will have a refurbished room.
