Resort and Parking fees

Does anyone know if the HGVC charges parking or resort fees? What about other Hilton properties, Embaccy suites, Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Garden Inn. I think the Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites are the only ones that serve complementary breakfasts.

We have stayed at HGVC twice, but only through a timeshare. We did not pay resort fees or Parkin fees, but it may be different if you aren't doing the timeshare thing.

the Hilton properties on WDW property - DD hotels in LBV

and new Bonnet Creek Hilton - charge resort fees

HGVC does not. that say their shuttle is a fee based - so would rent a car first
