Flight home is at 10am, so I am expecting to get picked up by DME around 7am. I know that the RAC counter opens at 5am. What's the latest we can check our bags with them before boarding DME? I recall there being a hard cut-off. Thanks!

The official deadline is 3 hours before your flight but I would never wait that long. You may have to wait in a line at RAC. I have waited as long as about 20 minutes and in April, it took at least 20 minutes to check us in so people in back of us were delayed. (The person at the desk had trouble finding our reservation, possibly R/T our having canceled DME.)

If I had a 7:00 p/u, I would be at RAC no later than 6! There can be lines...and you have to be done, and walking away, no less than 3 hrs prior to flight departure time.
Much nicer to get the bags taken care of, then you can relax. Maybe grab a bite to eat to take to the airport with you.
Be sure to be out at the dme bus stop 15 mins. prior to the stated p/u time.

The hard cut-off is three hours before flight time. After that they will not accept your luggage. I got yelled at by them because we were just minutes before the three hour cute-off and they wanted the luggage a little sooner.
