We're staying at POFQ, and our departing flight leaves at 8:30 PM. I want to check our luggage and get our boarding passes in the morning before we leave for our last day at the parks. But some of the information I've seen says that you can't check in for your flight more than 12 hours prior to the flight, and that the check-in desk closes at 1:00. I'm concerned about the 12 hour prior rule. We're planning on going to EMH at DHS that morning, so it would be more like 13-14 hours prior. And I don't think we'll be back to the resort before 1:00. Has anyone had any experience checking in more than 12 hours prior to your flight?

That's a TSA rule - so, no, if you can't wait at the resort until 8:30 to check in for your flight and check your luggage, you won't be able to use RAC. Heck, it's better than the airport - where you can't check your luggage until four hours before your flight! I'd be surprised if the system doesn't lock out departures more than twelve hours away.

You can still use Magical Express. You'll just have to leave your luggage with Bell Services and allow extra time to get it before your DME bus time, same as with any carry-on luggage you left there. And Lobby Concierge or Guest Services at any park can check you in for your flight up to 24 hours in advance.
