RESORT ACTIVITIES --- No LUCK

I just called the Wilderness Lodge and asked if they could fax me a copy of the activities sheet for the hotel. We're going down soon, and I wanted to do some tentative planning. She said -- No, we don't do that.

I was extremely disappointed -- and a bit surprised.

Anyone else ever been successful in getting it?

I have never tried...but what I would do is call back another time and speak to a different CM. Maybe he/she will do it for you.

But then again, it might be against the rules.

Are you sure you called the resort directly and not a call center that answers for the resort?
