Reserving culinary demos with DVC discount?

How do we reserve culinary demos with the DVC discount? Do we call Member services or is there a place on line (I couldn't find it on the members' pages). When I try to book thru the disney food blog, I get "page not found". Because I didn't know what to do, I tried calling MS today. The CM I got didn't know anything about it, said he'd never gotten any question about them, so he put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then he hemmed and hawed and couldn't find the demo I wanted to book. He didn't know if it was sold out, or if he just couldn't find it. What do I do now?

You can book them through 407-WDW-FEST or through MS. The DVC discounts are only for the Monday-Thursday demonstrations, I think.

Yay! I took your advice, fortunately didn't have to ask for a manager, though, and called back this morning. The CM seemed to know exactly what I wanted, she even told me the name of the chef. The only bummer was that the demo I wanted was sold out, so I had to settle for my second choice. The only thing it says about his offering is "savory", whatever that means. So I'll be surprised!

In the context of culinary demonstrations, savory means the opposite of sweet. In other words, they won't be making a dessert.
