We are frequent visitors to FW, but I was wondering. There have been sites that I liked better than others. We are less than 3 weeks from our next visit. Is it possible to reserve a specific site for our upcoming trip?

No DougY, you can't reserve a specific site.

If that's the hope, I would have my short list of sites next to me when I drove up to the check-in at the Fort. You can quiz the CM to check and see if your top choices (one at a time) are available.

I know you wouldn't take forever to do this. However, after a while if I'm behind you in line and I see the other lines moving but you're checking prioritized site #17, I'm gonna lay on the horn. Just sayin. :drive: :rotfl:

So if I honk, take whatever site they offer, lets go set up, then come over and have an adult beverage with me. :jumping2:

PS - I check in March 22 (this month). How 'bout you?

We were assigned a site that wasn't working for us so we drove around and found a couple of sites that we preferred. We drove back to the parking lot at the entrance and walked in to ask about those sites and they were able to move us there.

Maybe to avoid having some horns get a work out, you can just park from the beginning and do the check-in by walking into the reception area. I would still take Bama Ed up on his offer:)

Whoa my friend....all I asked is if I can reserve an RV site. We've been to FW more times than I can count, and I would never do anything to hold up the line of visitors waiting to get their assigned sites. We'll be there very soon, and if we should meet, I'll take you up on that beverage.
:lmao:

If you haven't done your online check in yet-- you can put a request for loops but I do not think there was a spot to request a site. You may be as to call your TA or Disney directly if you booked your self and see if they will note your reservation of your preference but it is not guaranteed

We did the on line check in and asked for a high number site in loop 700.
We were assigned #702, which worked out quit well. It is one site from the main road, this cut the traffic noise out. We were about a block & a half from a bus stop in either direction. Pretty much across the street from a comfort station. Close enough to hear the boats and the music from the water parade.
We parked a 38' fifth wheel with room to park the truck off the street and using only 1/2 the site.:cool1:
