Reserved a Windsor Hills Condo

About 3 weeks ago I did a quote request for Windsor Hills. I am happy to say that today I confirmed our dates with an owner, and sent a 20% deposit. Seems like a nice guy, and has been easy to work with so far. We are staying at www.mymagichome.com. Total will be $762.75 for 9 nights. That works out to $84.75 per night including all taxes and fees. This condo also includes the free internet, and free international long distance phone calls that I had requested in my initial request. (The only requests I had, actually, and what caused two owners to respond to me very rudely).

We will be there Dec 5th-Dec 14th. I guess you could say that I like to plan ahead!

Cindy B, the sponge painting doesn't bother us, except in the master bedroom. That blue is pretty bright!

The Mickey heads painted in the kid's room is a nice touch. Looks like they tried to make their condo warm and inviting. I don't like plain white/off-white walls.

Well, now I'm in a pickle! I have already sent my deposit for the unit we decided on, but then I found a 3bdrm that looks gorgeous for the same money! It doesn't have free long distance, but it does have the internet I need. Now I just have to decide if the third bedroom is more important than the long distance.

The new one is through Florida Sun Vacation Homes, and I have read some pretty great reviews for them, so that's the way I am leaning.

Our unit didn't have internet available either, but we were able to get wifi to work perfectly all week long
