reservations wanted two bedroom

I need to rent points for a 2 bedroom villa at any of the vacation club resorts. The dates are for 4/4/09-4/10/09, we can also do 4/5/09-4/10/09.

I have enough points available at SSR for a two bedroom for either of those dates. I am asking for $11 per point.

I have been both a renter and an owner, and have a good understanding of the issues that pertain to both parties during this process. I also have a contract that outlines the payment process and other logistics if you'd like to see it before discussing any further.
