Reservations soon required at all TS

we ate in the room with the wedding gift and thought it interesting that they only seated half the tables in that room while we were there. I had expected the place to be full with reservations being so hard to get. The other two rooms were full.

I'm guessing this is the Music Box room with the large statue of Belle and the Beast in the middle? The large ballroom and the smaller West Wing (dark, with the changing portrait) are the 2 rooms used for dinner. The third room is only used at dinnertime when it's busier and they've increased the number of reservations.

We ate at Sci Fi as well (slowest service we had but still ok) and when I told hostess we wanted a car NOT a picnic table she told me picnic tables were designated for walk ins only so we did end up with a car.

Usually you are seated in a car if you have a reservation and the picnic tables in the back are for walk ups. If you are a solo diner or a twosome you might be seated in the back row of a car as "hitchhikers" even if you are a walk up.

Yes the music box room - it definitely was quieter in there with only half the tables being used. Great paintings on the walls.
