Reservations online?

Have you heard anything about making dining reservations online? I called yesterday to make reservations.....I waited 20 minutes on my first attempt and unfortunately had to hang up before a CM took the call. The second try of the day I waited 25 mintues before a CM took the call. This time I planned ahead and made sure I had enough time to wait. It seems like it would be so much more convienent to make a reservation online. Has there been any indication that they might move in that direction? 25 minutes for a long distance call to make one dinner reservation is a bit outrageous.

That would be very nice! I spent 40 minutes last Thurs morning booking our vacation and ADRs. The CM I spoke to on Saturday while revising the ADRs told me there were about 240 people on hold that day for up to 2 1/2 hours! Can you imagine the phone bill?
