Right, after many a conversation with Loladelorean and Kazzabelle, plus my parents, I've finally called DLP and made the first two restaurant reservations for Nan's magical weekend trip this weekend coming... 
We have booked Café Mickey for 7:30pm on Saturday ~ we opted out of Inventions as Nan hardly eats so a 50 meal would be a waste on her, and with her current condition - walking to and from the buffet would not be practical. ~ thanks to everyone's input on here which helped with the decision.
As we are not going to be doing Inventions for the above mentioned reasons, on Sunday I've made midday reservations for us to eat in Auberge de Cendrillon ~ I just KNOW that Nan will ADORE the Princess dresses and be in awe of the entire ambiance! I cannot wait to see her face light up when she steps inside and has her photo taken alongside Cinderella in her fabulous gown.
So that's our two main resto bookings completed - we will worry about the rest once we arrive... Now I need to start being practical with an itinerary to suit Nan so that she can experience as much as physically possible!!! GAH!!!
