Reservations for Mears?

Is this neccesary? My Dad is flying down for a few days and meeting up with us at AKL. His flight arrives around 9:30 one night and departs around 8 a couple night later. He will be flying alone. Thanks for any info!

There should be no problem on his arrival at MCO. Once luggage has been clained go the the Mears counter to pick up the ticket and then on the the departure level to pick up the bus. On the return ticket it states to confirm departure 24 hours in advance.
