This December is going to be my first time visiting EPCOT and I've been put in charge of trying to book a dining package for our trip. I'm traveling in a group of 8 family members, all adults, and many of them are picky eaters. Our first choice is Garden Grill Breakfast, but since the Disney World portion of our trip is relatively short and our 60-day window isn't until a few days after the 14th, I'm trying to come up with some potentially workable backup options.
As such, if anyone has suggestions for a dining package location (excluding our first choice, Garden Grill Breakfast) that could at least sort of accommodate the following very specific types of picky-eater preferences, I'd love to hear them:
- 3 people who don't eat seafood (one of them is also not huge on vegetables).
- 1 person who doesn't eat beef or turkey and will only sometimes eat pork. Also dislikes most "naked" (un-breaded) seafood (sushi excluded) and is hit and miss when it comes to cheese-forward dishes and creamy pasta sauces.
- 1 person who dislikes most pasta dishes (absolutely no red/tomato-based sauces) as well as sweet marinades and sauces.
- 1 person with ZERO spice tolerance and a preference for very plain protein and vegetable forward dishes. Doesn't like pork (sometimes excepting bacon), mostly avoids red meat, and is very inconsistent with seafood.
(I have considered suggesting that our group split up and go to different places if we can't get breakfast, but, as this is a very big and very special family trip, I'm hoping to avoid that).
