We are busy planning our big Disney trip for November 19-30, 2015. We are DH, DD16, DD8 and DM, plus me. We are planning on staying at the Beach Club, with DM joining us on Nov 23. I am curious what ADRs are necessary to do at 180 days out and which ones we can wait until a little later and then which ones we can wait until we are there to do. Here is our preliminary plan. Also any suggestions you have would be great!

Arrival day Nov 19 - Cape May Cafe
Nov 20 - California Grill
Nov 21 - Breakfast Akershus, Dinner Via Napoli
Nov 22 - all counter service
Nov 23 - all counter service
Nov 24 - Breakfast Tusker House
Nov 25 - Be our Guest
Nov 26 (Thanksgiving) -Artist Point
Nov 27 - Brown Derby
Nov 28 - Breakfast Crystal Palace, Dinner Cinderella's Royal Table
Nov 29 - Kona
Nov 30 - Narcoosee

To be safe I'd book whatever ones you really think you want at 180 days. I'm not sure if free dining is offered at that time, but we went during free dining and it was hard to get many of those.

Now I will say the week we were there several opened up, but it was touch and go until then.

BOG definitely - I know many people who weren't able to get it even 180 out. If you want a pre park opening Crystal Palace breakfast - same thing. Tusker House I saw available for a couple days but it booked up too. CRT was next to impossible to get when I booked, but lately I've looked at dates for mid April and there were several open, so hard to say.

Either way you can always keep looking. When my 180 was here I was planning on very few character meals. But then things changed, and by watching and subscribing to the cancellation boards I got everything I wanted.

I'm not sure about some of the other places you are looking for, but I'm sure several of them will likely go a bit faster.

If you are willing to eat at "off" meal times it will be easier.

if you know what you want then why in the world would you not just make them at 180 days?
you can always cancel and change things later.

You have a lot of high in demand restaurants, plus you will be there Thanksgiving week so most of your reservations should be booked at 180 days. Since you are staying at the BC you can book your arrival day plus the first 10 days of your trip at 180 days before your arrival date.

All of the character meals, Be Our Guest, all Thanksgiving Day, Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving meals, California Grill and Narcoossee's will be hard to get if you wait.

Also you are a party of 5 and later 6 so table size can also be difficult - there seem to far fewer tables in many restaurants once you are greater than a group of 4. Since everyone needs to be included in the reservation because of fire code regulations you'll be competing with other groups of 5 and 6 for a more limited number of tables.

Since you already know where you want to eat, it's better to book the restaurants as soon as your 180 comes. You can always cancel reservations if your plans change because it would be frustrating if you know where you want to eat, but can't get a reservation because you put it off.

We're going close to the same time this year. I missed out on one reservation I wanted 180 days out. Book what you know you want at 180 days then you can always tweak things later.

I agree with the others that I would book everything at 180 days and tweak things later if you need to. You have some popular restaurants and since you're going at a pretty busy time, I wouldn't take the chance on waiting.
