I did all my ADRs on the 180 day etc.

We had to change one and just realised when I booked the new restaurant I did not put my holiday reservation number in - will this matter - I have got an email confirmation and reservation number for the meal??

No don't worry, you really only need to link it to your hotel reservation so you can get the 180+10 when you first make your ADR's. As long as you have the ADR number thats all you need!
