Reservation question

I plan on booking a studio villa for my cousin and his family. They are not 100% sure yet about making the trip. If I book a studio using my points ,can I easily change the names on the reservation if they can't make the trip? This will be borrowed points from 2014 use year. I have some other family that would take their place. TIA

Yes, you can change the names. Just call MS if it become s necessary.

Yes. But if you do and they want to use ME, you will get the booklet and tags and have to get them to your guests.
