Reservation Question

We are doing a split stay coming up with 2 nights as CSR and then 7 nights at AKV. I want to change my CSR reservation to a preferred king room and want to request sunset savannah for our AKV stay. Can I call member services and do them both at the same time? Or do I need to call two different numbers?

If you booked the CSR room via MS on points, then you can do it all in one call...if it was through CRO, then you will have to call Disney for that request and MS for the safari.

MS can only deal with reservations made using your membership.
