reservation question

So, on May 20th is my 90 day window for makaing reservations at the restaurants. We have never done the DDP before, but I have my choice and dates figured out with a back-up plan. So, when can I call, what number do I call and what other information do I need when I call?

Disney Dining opens at 7am, est. The number is...1-407-939-3463.
You will need to give them your reservation number in order to make all your ADRs, so have that handy. Make your most important ADRs first....CRT, LeCellier for instance. They go fast. Then, go on to the other ADRs you want. Be sure to write down the times, dates, and confirmation numbers they give you. I always take a listing with me, just to have in case they have managed to lose my ADR.
You have your choices ready, you have your backup's ready..you should be good to go.

Gotta have my coffee and wake up and make some ADR adjustments on mine.

You should also try to book the ADRs that tend to "sell out" first. Any dining at Le Cellier or CRT should be booked first.

You don't have to go in order for your days. You can start with whatever day you need to.

I also tend to get my confirmation numbers and confirm them later. Just to be sure!
