Reservation Contact

Does the reservation contact need to show up to the reservation? I am handling making reservations for a large party and not everyone will be eating together all the time. Do I need to set someone else as the reservation contact on meals that I do not plan on being at or does it even matter?

It does not matter. Just make sure the people showing up give your name to the person at the podium.
