When you paid the deposit for your room at one of the Universal resorts, did you receive a confirmation in the mail? I booked and paid before Christmas, actually early December, but never received a confirmation. Has anyone else had this happen?
They never charged my card , but I do have a confirmation (I booked online).
I've called Loews in the past and requested a confirmation, they should send you one if you ask.
For our trip in May/June, I was asked by the reservationist if I wanted a confirmation sent to my E-mail. They promptly sent it within a couple of days.
