Reservation Cancellation Question?

I may have to cancel a reservation I made for a co-worker (BCV Studio 9 nights checking in 10/1/08). I know I can cancel greater than 31 days before check in and my points go back into my account. These points are from this use year (March, 2008).

Question – Can I bank these points into next year? Can I transfer these points? Or because they were attached to a cancelled reservation, they are “use this year only”?

As long as you are more than four months out from the end of your use year and the points weren't already banked or borrowed, you can still bank them. You should be able to bank them up until the end of October.
