Resale Recording Question?

We sold our SSR contract in the fall. I was recently looking up my deeds and noticed on the SSR contract that I sold, it listed both my wife and I as well as the buyers are Grantees.

Is this correct? I would assume that I was no longer a grantee since I have no affiliation with the contract.

Can some one explain?
