Resale Purchase ?

Hi...We are currently in the process of purchasing a 60 pt. OKW contract with 52 banked pts from "06". My question is closing is set for approx. Jun 6, we are planning a trip for the first week of NOV. 4th - 8th, for all of the DVC experts, what do you think our chances are of obtaining a 1 or 2 bedroom unit at one of the resorts booking in Jun for a November arrival? the 06 pts need to be used by 1-31-08. Pretty much open to any of the resorts, our preference would be either BCV or BWV if available but they are all magic.

you're trying to book during jersey week and food&wine at epcot = not very promising.

give up on BCV and BWV (smaller resorts and an especially tough ticket during F&W.) your best bet would be at OKW or SSR...but even that might be tight.

If you don't really care where you stay, you should have no problem getting
a place in one of the resorts. November isn't that busy a time and Saratoga and OKW are sooooo large they should have something for you. Welcome to DVC, and enjoy.
