DVC has been reported to have offered $55 per pt to buy back BCV (i believe) directly. it is unlikely IMO that they would consider offering anything for SSR. SSR owners are better off using a reseller, even if they get ROFRed.

in other words there is no simple way to "exchange" a real estate interest in one property for another property.
