resale points now online, but MS can't see them!!!

This is an update to my previous post: my resale points are now showing online. BUT, I called MS to get ressies and they can't see them. They said it may take another WEEK! Is that true??

What have you see with your resale points? How long did it take to use your points once you saw them on your end?

This happened to me yesterday. The points were available around noon today.
Hopefully only one more day for you to wait.

Does it show your points are there in the contract, but then it says 0 available to use?

I think it takes that extra day or two for them to be activated or something like that.

Yesterday my contract said 0 available to use, and today it changed to the full amount of points purchased available to use.

Do the resale points have a different use year? If that is the case then you would have a different member number.

I've been told it's a different person who enters the points into the system than the person who sets up the account. Usually it's only another day or two and I think they were just giving you the worst case scenario.

I guess it doesn't bother me as that IS my ethnic background.

yah and take pause too and maybe consider that whether it's your background or not where you decide is the place to draw a line is not necessarily okay when it comes to comments of this nature be it ethnic, religious etc etc. btw what do the terms of the DIS indicate in this regard?if it's within guidelines than I apologize for being put off here & respect your right to post it.

What is that "nature"? You seem to be focused on the arbitrary use of a name?

Please report this and we'll find out if my comments rise to the level of a violation. I do not believe they do. In my post I referred to no ethnic group or person nor did I imply any type of illegal behavior. You perhaps need to assess for yourself if one takes every passing comment to be a frontal assult on them personally or as a group if that is not perhaps an over reaction.

If one must jump to unfounded conclusions, why would one automatically assume a fictional person with the name of vito was of any specific ethnic background? I can't believe you don't know people who have names that were given (or taken by themselves) out of an admiration of the name with no connection whatsoever to any ethnic group. Do only those of Irish enthic background have a justification to use the name Sean? Do only those with a Russian backgroup have a justification to use the name Ivan? I think not.

FWIW I did not make the above jestful comment to tick you, or anyone off.
