Resale Deed - Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits

As part of my resale warranty deed, it states I have agreed to the conditions and declarations of the DVD association.

I have attempted to Google this to determine the bylaws, limitations.... exactly what I have agreed to do or not to do (lol) without any success.

Does anyone have a link with this information or is it on the website to view (once I can logon) ?

It's all stuff that's recorded at the same place as your deed. There should be a list of document numbers on the deed.

You are smart to ask, everyone should and read it once. Since you're past the cancelation period, I'd just wait until you get into DVC's system and ask them for it, they will send it to you. The scanned info online will be a little difficult to find and even more difficult to read through. For the most part it's the info you should have gathered prior to buying line reallocation options, 7/11 month window and the fact that DVC is in total control.

EDIT: Just saw your ROFR posting. If you go to the orange county comptroller site, they're under the category "Condo Related". For SSR, here's what you are looking for:
