Resale contract can I buy gold annual pass?

We have an offer in on a akv contract and when/if annual passes come back would we be able to purchase the gold annual passes? I know we can’t get the discount without 125 direct points but gold is only dvc or fl residents right?

Correct. Unless you are a blue card owner..which is currently 125 direct points, you can not get the gold DVC pass unless you are a FL resident,

It is not a pass offered for the general public.
