Where is the best place to let your room requests known. I have never ever go what I have requested (except for nonsmoking). Is there a different number to call or somewhere you fax your request.

Just tell them when you make your reservation initially. I don't think the resorts like to get the faxes.

We always request what we want when we make our reservations, too. We always request non-smoking and sometimes a specific building. I really think they try their best to give you as much of what you want as they can!!

We usually make our request when we make our reservations. Having a nonsmoking room is important to us.

I just wanted to add that we made a request when making the original reservation, but also asked again when we checked in. We stayed at WL and POFQ on our last trip and when we checked into WL we didn't say anything at check in and only got our non smoking request, it was our honeymoon and I really wanted it to be special, so we went back out to the check in desk and asked for what we had originally requested and they gave it to us. I think that if we would have just reminded them at check in we would have gotten it right away.
