Requests not on Confirmation

I made 2 requests on my reservation for ASMo - #1 connecting rooms (which they couldn't guarantee due to 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child) - but said she'd indicate it as a "request". #2 We asked for Toy Story Building.

However, when I received my confirmation in the mail - neither of these requests were on my confirmation?

I tried on 3/9 to get a new discount with the new codes (I already have AAA discount) - and when the CM pulled up my reservation she noted I had requested connecting rooms and Toy Story - however, there were no rooms available with the new codes.

Just wondering why they weren't on my confirmation? Is this typical? Thanks.

Those kinds of requests are not listed on confimation slips. Room type is the only one usually listed (ie waterview, standard, etc) If you want to double check your requests you can call CRO and ask if they have them listed with your reservation.

I've never seen requests on confirmation letters. And I've never had a problem with WDW not having them noted on their system. We always seem to get what we asked for.
