Requesting the Ballroom at BOG

Hi all,

If I want to eat in the Ballroom at Be Our Guest, is there a way to request that through the ADR? Or do you have to wait until you get there to make the request? I've made the ADR, but I didn't see anywhere to ask for the ballroom specifically. Thanks!

If you're there for breakfast or lunch, you get to seat yourself. You may have to wait to get a spot in the ballroom though depending how busy it is.

Yes, it's for lunch. I have an ADR for 12:55. It's January 14, though, so hopefully it won't be hugely busy. Thanks!

It's always hugely busy. Always booked solid. Hopefully you find the spot you want though!

Lunch is usually seat yourself. I've never had any trouble finding a table in the Ballroom (usually after I try to find one in the West Wing and nothing's open).

The ballroom is the largest of the 3 seating areas. Even if it is very busy, you should be able to find a seat in the ballroom, even if it takes you a few minutes of walking around looking for a free table.

BOG is never not busy. Dining establishments have hard ceilings on seating that don't reflect other measurements of "busy."

As others mentioned, getting a table in the main dining room is usually not too difficult. If you wanted a table in one of the other 2 smaller rooms can be much more difficult.
