Does anyone know anything more about the VIP tour, as for prices, etc. I have always wanted to meet Clara Cluck so would love to arrange this, hope someone has some information on it. Thanks a million.

I cannot tell you whether the VIP tour can arrange for a specific character meeting, as I have not taken a VIP tour. However, I did make a recent inquiry regarding a VIP tour for our upcoming trip, and I received the following information. I hope it helps!


Disney’s VIP Tour Services enable you to experience the Disneyland Resort in a new and care free way. Imagine discovering all the magic and adventure awaiting you at either one of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, with our VIP Tour Guide as your personal ambassador. Your VIP Tour Guide will customize your visit through special seating for our parades, select live stage shows and the distinct variety of restaurants around the Disneyland Resort. Our professional and knowledgeable VIP Tour Guides will also share their insight and experience with you throughout your tour.


Disney’s VIP Tour Services Helpful Information


Our VIP Tour Guide can host up to ten (10) Guests. If your party size is larger than ten, we will provide an additional VIP Tour Guide at an additional cost.

VIP Tour requests may be taken up to 90 days in advance*. Please note that reservations may not be accepted during certain holiday periods. To ensure availability, we recommend you call at least 72 hours in advance.

Private transportation, to and from the Disneyland Resort, is available at an additional cost.

Dining reservations for all Disneyland Resort restaurants may be arranged by your VIP Tour Guide.

The cost of Disney’s VIP Tour Service ranges from $175 up to $295 per hour.* This rate is based on level of service and time of year. Tour rates do not include park admission. Park admission may be purchased separately.

All VIP Tours have a minimum charge of six (6) hours. Should your plans change, we require advance notice of forty-eight (48) hours to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 2 hours at the booked rate per VIP Tour Guide.

In the event you should desire an even greater level of service, you may want to upgrade to our Premium VIP Tour. You can enjoy complimentary valet parking at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, where your personal VIP Guide can meet you and whisk you effortlessly to the Disney Theme Park of your choice. This service allows you expedited access into the theme parks, special viewing areas for select shows and parades, and you may even get to experience some of your favorite attractions again and again. The Premium service has limited availability. So, please call right away to ask about the upgrade.

I'm curious when you saw Jafar at Epcot. As far as I know he has never been a regular there. We always see Jasmine and Aladdin there, but never Jafar.

He DOES occasionally appear randomly in DHS in the Animation Building in their character groups that come out on days without an early Fantasmic show. The selection of characters there is pretty random. We saw him in that group in 09, but not last year.

Have not been to WDW since '08 - maybe he stopped hanging out at the Morocco pavillion since then. But when I was a CM at WDW he was scheduled there regularly and in 08 he was there the 2 days we spent at Epcot. I always check on him since I have a friend who is a "friend" of Jafar's

Yeah I worked at Epcot and as far as I recall Jafar was never in Morocco at WDW (he's my favorite so I was always on the prowl for him!) and all I ever saw was Aladdin and Jasmine and occasionally Genie. Jafar is at DHS in the Animation Building sometimes but you can definitely catch him during Halloween time in there.

Funny I have never seen Genie there.

Jafar was out tonight at Animation! He has been seen training at Millennium Village in the past year, but never at Morocco.
