Request didn't go through online checkin

I just did my online check in for CBR next week.

In the room request box, I was able to check a box for village location, close to transportation and first floor requests.

I checked Jamaica and since I put in a request already for 2nd floor and this is what we want, I left the 1st floor blank.

When I submitted the form, it came back that they were unable to grant my room request, but the rest of the form went through.

Any idea why or what this might mean?

I just read on another board that someone had the same problem today. So im guessing its a system issue. No surprise there right? their online system sucks!

I suggest that you go back into the on-line check in and do it again. I have changed requests in the past and it will take a change.

We always call in our requests after we do our ressie on line, then call closer to the vaca to double check that our requests are on the ressie. It makes me feel better... whether it helps out of not I don't know.

i agree. i always do the online check-in 10days out w/our requests and then once i submit it, i call to verify that my requests have been received. this year i submitted the request when i made the initial reservation (and it is listed on there) but i will resubmit upon check-in and then call again to verify.
