Request a survey?

I have filled out several surveys from the cast members who approached me trhoughout my recent stay. I feel that Disney does review the data and identifies areas that need work so I am happy to do this.

My question is, how do you request a survey? I would like to fill one out on my recent visit at the Beach Club and did not ask before I left.

I don't know about a survey, but you could always send your thoughts to Disney at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com - they do review those as well.
