I am asking for my son- who right now is being sent in circles trying to figure out how to replace the Blue Main Gate Pass (not sure the right wording here??) he originally received last fall and never used.
He put it "somewhere" and now that his brother is coming down for spring break- on Sunday!- he needs to get a replacement.

His manager said to go to Access Control. Access Control said they don't handle that and he should talk to his manager. (That's who sent him to Access Control!)
I'm in the middle since I will get stuck buying the park hopper for my visiting son if my CP son can't get his pass replaced by this weekend!

Does anyone know how/where he needs to go- or what exactly he needs to ask for? :confused3

Thanks for any help!!

He needs to go to Celebration, I'm surprised that neither of those people knew that.

He will tell them to deactivate his other pass, then reissue a new pass.

I've never gone in person, always call, and it's a little over a week wait. So he'll be better suited to go straight there, hopefully they can print it on the spot.

Thank you!
Who would he call? What kind of office/department in Celebration is he trying to contact?
(you can PM me if you'd rather not share on the boards)
His day off is Monday- and he was running around trying to do this yesterday.
I'm not sure if they would be open for him to go after work before next Monday- when he needs to use it!

But, anything further you can share will be very helpful.

I needed to get a new pass when I was there last summer. I went into the office in Celebration. My family was already there on vacation and when we got to EPCOT they said my pass wasn't valid (turns out they had double issued the same number so that was why I couldn't use it). So I got a taxi to the office in Celebration. They told me it usually takes a few weeks to get a replacement sent, but since my family was already there they printed one off for me right then at the office. It was a temporary one that looked like a normal park ticket, but had the information on it. Best thing to do if he needs it fast is go to the office.

Last year I had issues with them sending my pass, first I never got it so I called to have it reissued in February. A 2 days before my trip in March I still hadn't gotten it. I called the number I found on the Hub and they were actually able to send my pass to the hotel front desk. It was the normal pass and everything, not just a park ticket.
