Replacement AP Card

Does anyone know if you can get a replacement AP card at the hotels? If not are they available at the guest service locations at the parks?

I think it has to be the parks but it has been many many moons since I had to replace a ticket/card

At the parks. Not the hotels. Or....Disney Springs if that is more convenient for you.
