I know this has been asked before but for some reason my search feature isn't working tonight so here goes:

How much do you customarily tip the driver of the Mears shuttle transport?

We're leaving on Friday! YIPPEE!

We tipped him $1 a bag for the trip each way of course. We also, I think, threw in another $2 or $3 on top of it making it like $7 or so. We tip the town car person a flat $10 and I remember tipping the Mears driver less.
