renting points

What is the going rate for renting points? Is buying points the same? I'm obviously new to this whole thing. I'm looking to buy or rent 75 points for next April ('07). My home resort is Saratoga Springs, but we want to try out Old Key West and try to get bigger accomodations.

Since you are an owner I think what you are actually in the market for is a transfer. Do a search for "transferring points" and you should come up with some basic info to get you started, then hit the Rent/Trade board.
